Working capital is no longer confined to the balance sheet — cash is locked or constrained with suppliers, in raw materials, through production, inventory, receivables, and dealer networks. Edition 3 brings together senior finance leaders to examine liquidity across the ecosystem: upstream supplier payment terms and vendor financing, and downstream dealer, distributor and channel financing.
